Referral Program Disclaimer: Welcome to the LumenCeler Group Referral Program. Please be advised of the following terms and conditions: A referral bonus of $500 will be awarded for each candidate you refer who is successfully placed by LumenCeler Group, provided the candidate remains in their role for a minimum of 181 days. If a referred candidate leaves before completing 181 days, no referral bonus will be paid. A $50 referral bonus is available for each new client you refer who signs a contract with LumenCeler Group. We reserve the right to decide whether to engage with any referred client. Bonuses are payable via check within two weeks following the successful completion of the 181-day period for candidate placements, or immediately after contract signing by a referred client, as applicable. LumenCeler Group reserves the right to modify the terms of the referral program or terminate it at any time without notice. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
